Can I get a refund if I order a product that averages 4 autos or memorabilia cards per box and only get 3?

What if I paying using my Paypal account to an address which is not mine and unconfirmed?

Depending on where you live in the United States it usually takes between 3-5 business days. I live on the east coast of the US so the box orders usually take about 2 days, west coast order maybe a couple more days this pending UPS's process.

If your hobby box order(s) are placed Monday-Friday before 3PM EST your order will ship the same day. If you place your order on a weekend it will be shipped first thing Monday morning, excluding Holidays.

We are currently shipping with UPS for all hobby box orders.

Shipping charges are a $9.50 flat rate for the first box, then $11.50 for the second, $13.50 for third box and so on. *** REMEMBER, orders over $250.00 receive FREE SHIPPING!!!!! ***

Upon completion of checking out, you will see a Payment method section giving different options of Paypal, Google checkout or MO/Cashiers Check/Personal Check. Well, SportsCardGeek did at one time sell on Ebay and was very successfull doing so, but all the increasing fees that Ebay was charging we decided to create this site to sell our Hobby Boxes.

All the product that can be purchased from our site comes directly from three sources: direct manufacture (Upper Deck, Topps, Donruss, etc.), distributors or wholesalers. I only purchase product from highly trusted distributors!

Our Return Policy: In most cases we DO NOT offer returns on products. In certain cases we will offer a return on a product that is "unopened" and in the original condition we delivered it in. If you believe your product to be damaged, please contact us immediately before you open it. Items returned without authorization will receive a 15% re-stocking fee.

We do not offer refunds for products that do not meet the manufacturer’s average insertion ratios. We do guarantee that all of our products are unsearched and have never been tampered with. If you are unhappy with the contents of a product you purchase your best course of action is to contact the manufacturer. Upon request, we can assist you by providing you with the manufacturer contact information.

Your order tracking number will automatically be e-mailed to you when your order ships.

SportscardGeek.com does not control manufacturers' release dates. While we do try to keep our Pre-Order Calendar as up-to-date as possible, SportscardGeek.com is not responsible for Release Date changes made by the manufacturer. (Example: If your pre-ordered product was orginally scheduled to be released on say, the 17th, and the manufacturer changes the Release Date to the 21st, your pre-order cannot be shipped until the 21st)

The additional charge, which is optional, above the normal shipping charge is used to cover an adult signature with UPS. This charge is $3.95. This charge is optional and covers if your package is left by USP, it will require a signature for delivery. 99.9% of the time there has never been a problem but in the .1% chance that UPS leaves your package and you dont get it SportscardGeek.com will not be held accountable for it.

All Pre-orders will be 'On Hold' until their Release Date at which time they will be updated with their shipping information and sent via email.
